He could have hobbled ten more steps to the left and then there's zero issue. He knew what he was doing, and this after the first kick (which he didn't hobble after) where he was trash talking Crowley. Zero class.

Saints fan here - going to croke park last year was once in a lifetime stuff, so I went! I've been to the Aviva before for internationals so less inclined to travel!!!

Calling it now. Russell gets injured in the warm up games so rather than call up another 10 to fly out from Europe, he comes back. Wins the series, announces he's available for Ireland again, wins next 6 nations....

We lost because France maximised our yellow cards, both yellows were right calls so no argument on that side. However, numerous contentious or 50/50 calls landing the wrong way - which I always get the impression of with him. Even obvious knock ons he wants to play on. #notbitter

I think SP is a brilliant prospect and is only going to get better, we're lucky to have him. Is he the best 10 in Ireland right now though? No.

With France having put 43 past them do you not think we should go as strong as possible against them? If France win at the Aviva then title will come down to points difference???
