Had not realised you were writing a fiction series! Purchased. 🙂

I won’t watch it. But I’m guessing he didn’t follow it up with ‘I was too young to know any better and I deeply regret it now’.

Sooo… why did the Lib Dems drop their opposition to it, then?

Boris did his best for Boris. He is every bit as narcissistic as Trump.

Awesome. Just awesome!
November 19, 2025 at 12:48 AM
Well, obvs 😆

Given up on mine entirely. It’s 70% show tunes and 20% video game music at this point
November 18, 2025 at 11:10 AM
Oh, very well. 😆

My hair (what remains of it) is clipped to my scalp, so hard to screw up. But seriously, accidentally shaving off an entire eyebrow without realising what you’re doing?

This is not a Fess. A Fess should be funny and shameful. This is deadly serious and there is no shame attached whatsoever.
November 18, 2025 at 9:36 AM
There’s no way this can possibly be true. No matter how powerful your clippers, you’re not going to take an entire eyebrow off by accident without realising.

I can’t bring myself to believe they will ever be released in full. There will be more excuses, or a heavily redacted version, or an ‘investigation’ to prevent publication. Because these people are never brought to book. That happens to other, less privileged, people.

Sorry, but what does her budget have to do with rebuilding trust at Holyrood? The budget will affect the size of ScotGov’s budget, but what does that have to do with trust?

So we’re not just going to be horrible to these unfortunate people, now we’re going to rob them as well?

Every time I think the UK government can’t sink any lower, it turns out to be a false bottom.

Had exactly this experience with two much younger members of staff relating to Father Ted. Never felt so old!

As a lifelong supporter of Scottish independence, I detest the BBC’s naked editorial bias on this subject (which they don’t even try to hide) and think it should be held accountable. But not because they did something the orange windbag didn’t like.

So very, deeply tired of people trying to establish a false narrative that the SNP have a ‘record of failure’. The bottom line is that the voters disagree.
November 15, 2025 at 1:21 PM
They are all peeing themselves about Farage and frantically trying to be seen to be tough on immigration. We’re better than this.

Jesus surfboarding Christ. Does he actually not comprehend what an ‘insurance based system’ means?
The crashing irony is that he is actually describing a socialised healthcare system, and he’s too pig-ignorant to realise it.

Well that’s great and all, but she saw everything he said and did in his first term, and then went out and voted for him twice more. So she can’t really claim this all came as a surprise.
