It’s the mushroomiest time of the year and I love seeing the variety in the wild, but darn if my partner doesn’t love them too much and harvests so many our house smells like mushrooms for weeks — a smell that has always made me quesy (a throwback to my childhood hate of cream of mushroom soup).
