Me I was fat as an officer (O-3) . I eared The EFMB as a fat Officer. It requires a 12 mile road march in 3 hrs. I did mine in 2:55. Walked many a skinny young people into the ground. Physical activity is in the mind!

I said a few months ago that I didn’t understand why this Buddhist priest did this in 1963. Well I’m starting to get an understanding now. It was because the government in the country was unyielding. I now see that here. Wonder what it will take to wake up!
