Maricopa does a 2% SAMPLE for a hand count of the paper ballot. You wouldn't find a bullet ballot that didn't have a corresponding paper ballot using the current hand recount process since it starts WITH the paper ballot.

Then the % of bullet ballots in AZ. They are ONLY different in Maricopa County compared to several past elections. Maricopa is drastically different compared to the other AZ counties AND bordering states in THIS election. 👀

Now lay charts like this for all 7 swing states against the charts for the other 43. The anomalies are jaw dropping.
