the set up I am using is 55-21
If you look at the picture the still exciting aspect of the bike for me (even after having the bike for >13 years) is the belt drive rather than a chain. It is so quiet & of course saves a whole deal of mess.

What really interesting is that I take exactly the same time using the single speed as I do on my normal bike with gears.
I clearly have to work a lot harder on the no-gear format to achieve this....effort that on normal days I am unconsciously content to not do,,,, hence the "lazy" comment. 😂😱
