The other might have been a bit beyond nicely browned.

Everytime i make this custard, i ask myself why i don't make custard more often.

Over cooked my pie crusts but at least the cranberry custard was delicious.

Kid1 is taking a college level blueprints class. They've been working on this assignment all day and doing such a good job figuring out how to 2d render a complex 3d mockup.

According to a google maps review the geyser is out of order. I stand corrected. This is the most morman thing in the history of morman things.

Hall seems too big. I tried entryway but that was awkward.

Not as decorative, but I've had these blundstones for 5 years. Saddle soaped them once so far (need it again). Wear them basically every day to work, plus weekends during the cold times. I probably have another 4ish years before they need resoling. I added arch support insoles from the beginning.

Escorted to the protest by a band that we could sing with. No kings!

Freeze warning tonight but 1) I'm tired and 2) it's not dropping below the dew point and will hit 32 right at dawn. So rather than pick everything, I threw a tarp over the garden and am hoping. We'll see how this works out.

Not as big, but still song worthy.

Who thinks ideological and animus driven cuts will strengthen US science? Notable that this paragraph doesn't have any supporting links.

I want to know how much they are saving by cutting (contracted) janitorial services compared to what they spent on the stochastic parrot.

My tomatoes have been slow. But finally have a nice variety of cherries ripe every day.

Eating one of the very few peaches we got after the squirrels went to town on our tree. Makes me even more angry at those fucking squirrels because it is sssooooooooooo good.

Walking on the mantle helped me get over the sadness of not going to the rockies.

The rocks in newfoundland were so awesome.

Cambrian Ordivician transition type series. Its in Gros Morne NP. So amazing. My 6yo found several very nice fossils on the ordivician side (which we left in place!)

The road goes right past the giant circular lake that is a meteor crator that I've seen from a plane and would love to see up close.

They both do! We wanted to go up to the north part of the western peninsula (vikings! Ice burgs! Ferry to Labrador) But just didn't have time.

Did your parents drive through Labrador?

The bathroom (all gender) on the Newfoundland ferry. Why can't all bathrooms be like this? It's better for trans and gender non-conforming but also for caregivers, i was close while my 6yo was in the bathroom but still give him "big boy" space. No imbalanced mens/womens lines.
All around better.
