The FAB community has really spoiled me when it comes to this. I personally dropped SWU and now Riftbound bc I just don't have the patience for those kind of crowds anymore.

I would argue the CC meta staleness has caused more player crossover into Riftbound than anything about the PQ changes. Combine that with the new TCG shininess and there's bound to be people trying it out. The same thing happened with SWU when it launched.
