I saw a dry, opened milkweed pod while on a hike. I grabbed it, because I’ll plant seeds for Monarch butterflies to eat and reproduce in my yard. As the pod dries, it starts to release its seeds to fly to wherever to reproduce. ‘Bout time to collect before they fly around.

With the penny now being discontinued, stores are asking customers to round up to the next whole dollar amount, “for kids, food banks, backpack buddies, or other non-profits entity.
Do those companies gathering these donations get the tax deduction or do I?

The recent federal spending bill by has a provision that bans hemp-derived products containing more than 0.4 milligrams of THC, reversing the legalization established by the 2018 Farm Bill. Yet Fentanyl and now Nitazenes are killing people.
