For years I did this and hated how I didn’t fully enjoy either thing I was doing. Couldn’t totally focus on meatspace cause my brain is in lalaland, couldn’t enjoy brain space because my body is engaged with something else.
Instead of enjoying two things I just ruined both 🫠🥲
