Midnight releases are fun. They might be unnecessary now, but they take me back to a different era. One with more wonder. & I like holding onto that part of myself.

This is exactly how I feel about every Advance Wars/WarSim inspired game.

I played ReBootCamp on Switch & absolutely adored it, but every “successor” out there is so gritty & serious & just lacks that special 2000’s sauce/music/toon flair that made those original GBA games pop for younger audiences

This deck has REFUSED to die for the past 2 years it’s been legal. It’s adapted perfectly to the new banlist, breaks boards, has a new in-archetype floodgate, and has more support on the way, but I’ll NEVER pick it up because of THAT part of the fanbase…
