It's because the ACA is just about most conservative plan that could have been created to provide near universal coverage using private markets. They also killed many cost saving measures back in 2010.

So as a undergrd president of my 90's fraternity and alumni board...we never spoke like that. And we were damn serious about respect and harassment. Did we joke around on the couch on a Saturday afternoon drinking watching football talking about Friday night..sure. keep fraternities out of it. Thnx

If the Court weakens it somehow, I dont see how even the squishiest Democrat can say court reform/expansion is optional once they have the power.

The plus side if the court in rules in any way other than 9-0 protecting full birth right citizenship? The oppossing justices permanently disqualify themselves as judges.
