Of course the ban violates the constitution. If the court doesn't say exactly, that, then they traitors to their oaths and to this country. I believe that they are traitors and collaborators. They will ignore the constitution.

I love this language. "Controversial". "Insane" is the word you should've used. You use the language of Cowards.

He didn't retroactive revoke them. Your language assumes he has that ability, which he doesn't. You should have said, "... where a president has _illegally_ _attempted_ _to_ retroactively revoke ..."

There was always someone yelling obscenities and farting into the microphone, et all.... You would then look for a 'less used' Channel to try and communicate on. You would then say to someone you were trying to communicate, "Switching to Channel 6" or some such to find a channel was quieter.

I think most phones have a way for parents to control what apps are downloaded onto the phone. There's ways around that, but its a good start and, for many kids, may be enough.
But I think that 'Social Media' is inherently toxic. I'm old enough to remember CB Radio.

I think the Roberts court is probably more like many previous Supreme courts than we would like to think. The Warren court was the exception. But Yep, he betrayed us.

Yes, Thankfully. But also No. Both political parties have lower approval ratings (30%) than Trump's dismal (37%) . Americans see the economy and their own economic futures in jeopardy from an dysfunctional political system. Don't mistake this for a buy-in of the progressive agenda. It doesn't.

I honor this woman in so many ways, but congress folk are notorious for insider trading ... Any trading she did at all should be suspect. Congress should not be allowed to actively trade stocks.

The largest single cause of gun death, by far, in the US is suicide- 58% in 2023. By definition, each of those deaths was someone killed by a law-abiding citizen.

It's estimated that there are currently 150 guns per 100 Americans in civilian hands in the US. This is up sharply from 2020, when it stood at 120.5 per 100 Americans (men, women & children). This is the highest ownership rate in the world. There is no possible way to control this situation.
