And Mike Duncan’s two published books are both great, but “Hero of Two Worlds” on Lafayette is a personal favorite

We’re a little over halfway thru the 49ers season - lots that could still change but as you’ve said, focus seems to be on building towards ‘26 and ‘27. Last offseason’s focus was pretty clearly fixing the defense. What is the focus this offseason?
