while calling it a rebuke, keep in mind that 77,302,580 people voted for the felon fully aware of his intentions and after an initial term. Of the 264,798,961 eligible voters, 108,496,643 chose not to vote meaning 185,799,223 had the opportunity not to vote for the felon but chose otherwise.
