For some reason, I remembered there being an episode of clone wars called Twilight of the Twi’leks, so I pronounced it “twy”, but now I can’t find that episode name, so maybe I made it up? 🤨

Twill-ek just seems very wrong. But I guess I have to defer to Filoni. And it’s kind of cool that they’re including regional pronunciation in-universe to help make the planet seem more real
