Does this mean that all things are light at their fundamental level, just arranged differently? I assume this is just one theory of the way stuff works?

According to USDA FoodData Central, [watermelon, raw] is 91.4% water and [carrots, mature, raw] are 87.7% water. Definitely much more water in carrots than I thought.
The website stopped working for me, but I bet there are some types of carrot that have more water than some types of watermelon.
