The details are appalling. Amongst other things, it effectively gives the govt access to ANY anonymous student evals that mention anti-Semitism. Didn't like your grade? You can ruin your professor's life by falsely accusing them of anti-Semitism in your eval & wait for Fox News to destroy them.

🔥This time is ABSOLUTELY different--some (or all) of these states will succeed in eliminating tenure, and that will be the end of academic freedom as we know it in many states.

The domino effect of Medicaid cuts on public higher education $ in the US is a BIG threat. Once voters see that Medicaid cuts could close thousands of nursing homes, state legislatures will be forced to cut other $ to prop up Medicaid.
