The amazing Sloping Lock of Ronquières (also called the Inclined Plane)has to be seen to be believed. It moves a giant bath tub filled with 5000 tons of water over 1.5 km with a height difference of 68 metres along a 12-metre wide railway track. Oh with a boat in it too. #Belgium #canals #barges
