My goal for this race was to hold a 9:10 pace or faster as I’ll need to maintain that if I want to break 2 hours in the half marathon next spring.

Pretty happy with my training and results so far this year!

Played a fun course at a really well maintained park in Corning New York, I only wish I shot better 🤷🏼‍♂️ #DenisonPark #DiscGolf 🥏

My up shot just to the right (I did make the putt) The is was hole 18 tee. Shot over the water towards the basket (I managed to not screw it up and landed in bounds for the par)

Drove out to Lake Erie and tried a new course. Not the most challenging course but it was fun, the scenery of Lake Erie made it worth the trip. #DiscGolf 🥏

Took 3rd in my division at the local MVP Circuit Challenge and finished even for the round.

I had a rough round 1 but got my headspace fixed then battled back in round 2 to force a playoff. After three more holes I managed to take 1st place in MA50. #discgolf

Got to try this new dyed Crave today. It’s not my go to forehand disc (Servo) but by the end of the round I felt comfortable enough to bag it.
