Im going to be looking at where the campaign donations are coming from. I’ll vote for the candidate who gets most of their funding from individuals, rather than the pacs and special interests.

The Democratic leadership did not want Medicare for All. They were (and are) all accepting huge contributions from the for-profit healthcare industry.
Single payer proponents were not even allowed at the table when Obama was planning ACA.

I don’t know where you live, but Costco has low pharmacy prices for people, and also for pets. Some drugs are available for mail order. You do not need to be a member.
You could also check out Cost Plus drugs, which is online mail order.
