....When I found your book I'd recently lost a school-friend, by their own hand, and reading it was a real balm and maybe even a kind of map to a rememberence of joy. In your beautiful memories of Scott I found a mirror for Seb, so again, thank you.

I should say thank you properly Michael (I suspect you get a lot of these). Hard to explain the serendipity but I bought Boy Friends on impulse but without knowing your friend was Scott. I loved that man too, profoundly, and my grief for a man I'd only met through his music was visceral and vivid...
