Books. Taking life a step slower and not with electronic gadgets.
A journal and fountain pen.

It’s a slight adjustment that I need to make, yes. The insight is that the core audience is a bit younger than I thought. 25-45 compared to 40 plus. And more skewed towards men, at least in the initial time period.
