while rexx is an overseer much like their half sister they have very little agency over their own life due to being a young parent to essentially their test subject & the fact they're dying slowly so they're very rarely alone

they're basically a biomancer before it was a canon, real thing. they're trying to cure death itself because they themselves are dying

the only issue is veronica and carla are identical because they're littermates so i'd literally just make wixxi again

which is funny, because charr and asura's whole society is politics. i don't care.
