Hi 👏 just ate a whole load of haribo leaving chemical taste in mouth if that counts. Good thing though for today was resisted the call of diazepam over work stress. Well 'there and then' stress but it manifests through work so I'll take the haribo! #MadSkyChat

He barks a lot I think cause he does it at our older dog who ignores him so just barks more and into a bad habit!

Took the plunge and took him to our local which is dog friendly but had to take him outside unfortunately....he barked for ages. WIP I guess!

Hi, went swimming for 1st time in months which was good. Wondering now whether to bring the mutt for a socialisation at the pub. Last pub try out some old biddies complained he was noisy and we were asked to leave 😬 so....

Go you. It's amazing the shift in feeling when that happens or allows that to happen. I've not totally let go my equivalent but the hold is deffo a loose one.

Going well thanks. We went back again & he was excited to see her so must have enjoyed it! It's definitely giving me a break overnight & also an internal mental relaxation knowing I can switch off & he's in good hands. I prob over worry and are over sensitised to stuff he's not perfectly trained at!

Think you're doing great overall & definitely not a failure! If it helps Cosimo is not yet crate trained. It's something we are struggling with. He seems to just like to rest outside it.

Cool. The doggy day care lady mentioned this. I've left C a few times and he 'seems' fine but never know.

I've found endings really difficult too. In my main hard ending I drew up a list to make sure everything was said in the last session and we'd made a present. Also it took me a v v long time after as well to 'get over it' so remember to hold compassion then as well.
