There are battles being fought in the minds of many that you cannot see, may think are not important or you would not be interested in. For the people fighting the battles they are very real and very important. Give people time, space, respect and consideration. #bekind it doesn't cost you anything.

With the clocks going back an hour in the UK the evenings have really drawn in. As we get to the darkest days remember this is a time when those suffering with depression /MH conditions may take a dip. Check on them, make time in your day and share a cuppa. Be kind, listen with all your senses.
