Oh that’s so fair 😭 I do 12.5 hours shifts like 7p-7:30a. If you don’t have them may I recommend investing in some heavy duty blackout curtains? They are a life saver!!!

That’s so valid. I sleep from like 8/9a-5p every day haha. I only work 3 days a week but at this point I just stay on a reversed schedule cause it’s easier than flipping back and forth
