I live in BC. This is unlikely to happen. The department that ordered the cull is the same department that would have to sign off on releasing the ostriches to the US.

It's not recommended (by physicians) that men over 70 be tested for prostate cancer. There are a couple of reasons, one being that PSA counts are unreliable at that age.
