Agreed! I hope we are able to get more Megan movies. I want more from the franchise too.

It was a big difference. I really liked how creepy Amelia was. I would love action figures of the different looks that Megan and Amelia had. The Cinemark near me had the 2.0 popcorn buckets for 4 dollars on clearance and I was so psyched to get one. lol

When I heard there’d be a sequel I was thinking the same thing, the trailer quickly told me to shift my expectations. I can see why it would be forgettable for some people, I kinda enjoy an over the top campy movie so it checked the boxes for me. I would have also loved a bonkers horror version too.

It’s why I’ve learned to go in with low expectations, that way I can be surprised or just ok with what I get. There’s always exceptions but I try to keep that my main way of being.

Yes, had a tv movie feel or like extended episode of Star Trek DS9. Some interesting kills. And follows a tradition of the ship’s pilot wearing a cowboy hat and being like the country type dude. I like to think when that detail shows up in a movie, it’s always a nod to Bluegrass from SilverHawks

I knew going in it would be corny and bad, but I really did like the concept of it. A little bit Aliens. A little bit Star Trek. The holodeck scene where they took him to 1980… I want a whole movie of him being trapped in a simulation. It was endearing and I kept hoping his mom was going to show up.

I had no idea! That is crazy. This will finally be the key I need to get my husband to pay attention to SilverHawks (he has long had a thing for Janice) the universe is a helluva place.
