In 1975, the MN GOP renamed itself the "Independent Republican Party" to try and distance itself from the toxic Republican brand after Watergate.
But the modern MN GOP was already greatly diminished even before the ICE invasion so there's not my there to salvage this time.

This is the street I grew up on. I lived in a house a mile south of here when I was 10.
Trump's thugs are going hog wild and tossing gas around in one of the busiest commercial districts in Minneapolis, just a mile or so from where I live. Complete insanity.
