Never happens as a result of school shootings …

As though more of a guard presence will make the guard safer.

The answer should be a simple no. That's a nonstarter. Everyone knows how Trump "negotiates," and everyone knows that every "negotiation" is a prelude to more extortion.

Europe needs to negotiate its own arrangements with Ukraine, independent of the US. NATO may need to be replaced.

I suspect, and devoutly hope, that many of these people will be prosecuted when the Democrats take power again. Doing this to people who are exactly following the law is surely a violation of law.

A Democratic-led House will have a cornucopia of opportunities to investigate this administration. The problem will be too many leads and not enough time/staff to do it all.

This is another example of how this corrupt administration helps friendly corporations profit from products that disproportionately harm lower-income Americans. The premium for organic foods effectively shuts out working class families from many healthy foods.

The FBI agents who interview them should feel rather like the shirriffs that Merry Brandybuck told off in The Scouring of the Shire ...

and now he's in jail I fear ...

Too many people have been watching reruns of Star Trek Next Gen and all the episodes that validated Data's sentience.

I'm more worried about Hal.

Dumbest White House spox ever. And that's saying a lot.

I'm sure there is a spot for her on Fox after her downfall.

Not only is he an idiot, a boor, and a drunkard, but he doesn’t even understand how a mirror image works.

Ever seen Al Franken draw a map? Now that’s talent! 😉

I was there in 1988 (on my honeymoon) as Kilauea was doing its thing. We wandered out to where lava was pouring into the ocean. Quite spectacular. Then we went to Kalapana to have lunch by its amazing black sand beach. Two years later Kilauea ate the town ... and the beach.

At what point will Europe and Ukraine stop taking the bait. They continue to play along and talk about revising the draft. Simply don’t play. Refuse it and lay out your own clear vision. Be prepared to go alone and re-militarize. The US simply isn’t dependable.

I just discovered you're a W&M grad from 1991. I started teaching there in 1989. As an English major you would have been unlikely to have graced one of my advanced economics classes. 😉

Need a concerted assault by large numbers of drones, followed by a good stash of flamingo, cruise missiles. Decapitate the grid around Moscow in one blow.

Dimwitted indeed.

I prefer the idea of giving Florida to Russia while allowing Ukraine back into Zaporizhzhia and Crimea, and, oh, let’s throw Mariupol in for good luck. I’m sure Vlad would go for it. Giving him Florida would safeguard Cuba. 😏
