Love finding a plothole as you go through an MS so close to the end and wondering where the hell you were going with it because it's a good plot point but you DON'T remember what you were doing to do with it. UGH!

Focus time proved fruitful. I was able to get about 4K done today, which leads me to think I should go back to my usual MO. From 6-12, everything will be shut off. No texting, no messages, everything. I’m too distracted by phone stuff.
Okay, fans, I'm shutting off my phone for focus time. If I don't answer you, you know why. You wanna read this book, you gotta let me concentrate.

Focus time proved fruitful. I was able to get about 4K done today, which leads me to think I should go back to my usual MO. From 6-12, everything will be shut off. No texting, no messages, everything. I’m too distracted by phone stuff.

I've had time yesterday and today to sit down and get some word count done, but my brain is at a "I don't know what you think I'm supposed to be doing, but writing isn't it" standstill. I'm so close to the end!

"Blinker," "directional," and "turn signal" are all different regional terms for the same thing. However, in Massachusetts, we all choose to ignore all three and/or don't bother using them at all.

I woke up disoriented this morning, freaked out because I couldn’t find my glasses but the fact that I could SEE the fact that I couldn’t find my glasses should have tipped me off that I was wearing said missing glasses. It’s time for another coffee.

Little annoyed. So my old (very 1st) publishing house just cancelled one of my titles (this is a good thing) but now my ebook & MY title aren't linked. It's still connected to the currrently UNAVAILABLE paperback title. This is going to be annoying & stupid to straightenen out. Happy Tuesday. 😠

My favorite part of spammy A👁️ generates “let me market your books” is when the book HASN’T EVEN BEEN RELEASED YET. You didn’t come across it, you inputted the blurb into your environment-sucking machine and let it come up with a prompt. But hey, spam folder content is fun.
