Feral cats can be invasive yes. We have them here too. You can reduce the population to a sustainable level without total eradication. I don't see Japan eradicating their bears despite the severe increase in population.

BREAKING: The full Ninth Circuit vacates last week’s 2-1 order granting DOJ a stay of the district court’s TRO in the case over Trump’s National Guard effort in Oregon. The court will rehear DOJ’s stay request w an 11-judge panel.

Likely they'll try to appeal if the decision is made against them to the Supreme Court. They can't legally do anything with the OR National Guard until the new judge panel decides. Trump will first scream on Truth Social though. Or he'll invoke the Insurrection Act.

This means the original block is now back in place until a new decision is reached. It also means that this could potentially mean they're reconsidering their original decision on lifting the block in the first place.
