Michigan hadn't settled its budget that is due on October 1st. I believe the Marijuana tax is going to roads. They were going to take the school aid money and push that to roads so I believe this was a compromise. I am not as up to date on this as I should be.... michiganadvance.com/2025/09/25/m...
