I always try and use a local cafe if I can, but at major places like stations and shopping centres, these multinationals dominate

Just had a meeting with my MP. He couldn’t answer the question “do you think I should now be using male facilities “?
He ‘understood’ my dilemma.
I asked him what I do tomorrow if I’m challenged using the ladies
He didn’t know
They have to follow “process” - assessment -consultation - MP review

There was some discussion recently about workplace being covered by the Management of H&S Regs and not covered by the SC ruling
A further twist was that if staff use public facilities at a location they become workplace toilets 🤷♀️
But it’s all so confusing
