Also Chronos’s turn makes sense considering he lives for eons before having a family and was a primordial force without natural human tendencies. Despite that he is frustrated to not be shown empathy from others so having folks give him a chance makes him try to be better.

She was indoctrinated since being a child to go through with her task. Hard to question it when you don’t know any better. Zagreus overcame a difficult familial relationship and offered her another perspective that was already in line with how she interacts with other difficult people like Eris/Nem.

I dunno I played the game and I kinda disagree. The entire time Melinoe is presented as someone who gives everybody the benefit of the doubt so when presented with an opportunity to shift to a restorative justice outcome over an execution her taking it feels entirely in character.

Sure but maybe being raised as a living weapon and the death penalty are not good things???
