I am silly and got a PhD in music theory. I like pop music, Renaissance (my diss is on Victoria), late 19th/early 20th century American music, and the intersection of music and the internet.

At Boston Symphony Hall, the proscenium contains about a dozen gold medallions. The founders of Symphony Hall wanted to decorate them with the names of the great composers.

They unanimously agreed on only one name.

The Orinoco Belt holds extra-heavy crude oil, which is highly viscous and dense, making it much harder and more expensive to extract than conventional crude. Producing oil from this region requires advanced techniques, such as steam injection and blending with lighter crudes to make it marketable.

This keeps the stave uncluttered. (The fewer stems the chorister has to read the better: he or she also needs to read the text and look at the conductor at the same time.) It is assumed, and quite obvious, that a single node is a unison — there is usually no need for double stems or a 'unison' indication:

This isn't a race thing. A common definition of "aunt" is any unrelated (or in this case, distantly related) adult female friend of a child.
Definition of the word "aunt" from Oxford Dictionary via Google noun noun: aunt; plural noun: aunts the sister of one's father or mother, or the wife or female partner of one's uncle or aunt. This first paragraph succinctly captures so much of my frustration and guilt around my ADHD, especially since I see my son struggle even more than I did with the fetishization of being organized, orderly, timely, etc.
Paragraph from Ta-Nehisi Coates's THE MESSAGE: I think that what we were being taught was less a body of knowledge than a way to be in the world: orderly, organized, attentive to direction. There is nothing wrong with developing those skills—in fact, I’ve learned the hard way how useful they can be. What is wrong is their fetishization, the way they were allowed to outrank the actual body of knowledge held within algebra or English lit. The result was that “learning” felt like a kind of bait and switch. And this frustrated me because I truly did love to learn—it just so happened I learned best away from my desk, where ideas and concepts could be made tangible.

I had pointed out an issue with one person's LinkedIn post using that, and then the immediate post underneath it had the same thing.

It's one of those things that AI so overuses and does so to pad out its answer
