Lot of "good habits" and pattern recognition to it, but I'm sure you'll get there. Can't recommend enough watching some of the late GM Daniel Naroditsky's educational "speedrun" playlists. The early videos in each playlist should be tailored to beginners as he climbed rating from a fresh account.

Copious amounts of warm water to keep the throat from feeling too dry and hopefully any phlegm from getting obnoxiously thick.
