it only really becomes a problem if you're intentionally acting deceptive (trying to mimic someone's artstyle with the intent of passing your work off as theirs or an equivalent) or allergic to being original (why are you handicapping your own growth) and even then, only as a tiny part of a whole

i can't even humor it enough to take it seriously enough to say I have thoughts on it

how i try to deal with it, I just force myself to focus on the first thing that came to mind for at least 30min, to give myself time to think "Ah, I wanted to do THIS actually"
by taking action while considering the options at least *something* is getting done even if its not the best option heehee
