on the subject, there's a new Lego French Fry food truck coming out I think on New Years. I'm gonna get one to go with my burger, donut, ice cream, and snow cone trucks.

It's the bootstraps lie. "I'm gonna be just like them one day if I just pull myself up by my bootstraps, so I'm gonna vote against my interests now and get the benefits when I'm a multi-millionaire in 50 years!" when likely very few of us will ever be those millionaires.

Online markets ruined everything. I had to be at the Lego store at opening on BF cuz I needed the Enterprise and the shuttle with Ro Laren. Scalpers are now selling the (free) shuttle for $150 and both for like $800 (Yes I know don't shop on BF but I've wanted both since I was a kid)

The store in Schertz is apparently one of their "test" stores, and they did this thing where you get a price gun, scan each item as you walk through and toss it in your bag, then roll over a scale to check out. The best shopping experience of my life and I wish stores out west had that.

Suburb but same metro. Game Over Games on I-35N and Forum Pkwy in Selma is a really good store if you're looking for retro gaming. Used to live just up the freeway and went a few times. Good selection, friendly staff, not cheap but fair prices.

There's a gas station south of Flagstaff, AZ where you can buy them (and I'm sure more places exist) if you have an aquarium. I thought they were a Minecraft thing too until I saw them in that gas station.

idk about the rest of them, but for America it probably has to do with that green statue in the ocean with a plaque that says "send me your hungry, your tired, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free."

Take the choke chain off and get your dog some proper training. It's inhumane and is not helpful in almost any circumstance. Spend money and get him/her into proper training and stop relying on that evil collar.
