Sorry, I get mad that we in the US have to be in a defensive crouch all the time, because we know "reform" just means cuts, because building something new requires legislation and Congress hardly does that anymore with the 60-vote Senate and with the Supreme Court ready to strike things down

Here we see the difference in policy thought between people in the US, where all decisions on what the govt should do are made by the Supreme Court and all they can do is declare that currently existing things shouldn't exist, and people in other countries where the govt can rationally reform itself
