One of my favorite war movies of all time. That movie captured so much of the true feel of the WW1. The despair, the boredom, the stark contrast between the squalor of the trenches and the lavish lifestyles of the leadership, and the arbitrary and meaningless loss of so many lives.

But he looks so sweet!

It's his long-running strategy. Distract from the real issues with so much nonstop bullshit that everybody just gets tired of it and stops even listening to anything you say.
