I can see that - body image is a scary thing and our brains do amazing tricks on us. I saw this video recently and liked it. Because at every weight I’ve been there have been things I loved and hated about my body, and huge dissonance between my brain and my body.

What does it mean to feel fat? And I’m assuming that it’s a negative thing? What about “being fat”? Or “having excess fat on your body”?
