We have one Apostolic Lutheran Church in this area. I counseled a woman who was trying to leave the church & her husband after the church said she was at fault for her husband beating her. They demanded she apologize to him in front of the church for telling people about the abuse. It's awful.

I know middle school students who are more mature than these two dudes.

I take part in many protests and demonstrations (on bridges and on the side of the road) with Monadnock Women for Action, and try to make it to a weekly protest put on by progressives. I'm what's called an "undeclared" voter in my state. I also volunteer at a food pantry.

I don't understand how this works. Never heard of the archive before and checked it out. It has an .org at the end of the URL, which means it's a nonprofit. But if it's stealing work, how can it be legit? And the site asks for ads?? And donations? Of what? More books. This boggles my mind.
