Yet unidentified satellite in/near GEO is transmitting on-off-keying (OOK) at around 20 symbols per second. Deafeningly loud signal that can be picked up on a bare TV LNB, around 11325 MHz

I've also been running a C-band scan for any signs of telemetry from the Ionosfera-M satellites, and I believe I found two candidates that more or less match what I was expecting, around 3411 MHz. L-band scan now underway. The satellites should also transmit at 400, 150, and 137 MHz
