All fine if a union feels the need to strike but I am perplexed that a union thinks they have as much bargaining power as they did in the 90's. These strikes simply make small businesses reconsider how they use mail and deliveries. Once that's figured out, no turning back. Less jobs. #CanadaPost

#Week47 Building a business isn’t easy. I’ve told my wife how “this next hire will do it” but that was so many hires ago. As I embark on the “next” big hire, I don’t think in those terms anymore but rather how this new person is going to help the business and our people grow and excel.

I’m back into my gaming! I’m notorious for having video games but not getting around to playing them. I dusted off #RedDeadRedemption2 today. It’s a good escape from my business life.
