The case I heard was particularly as it related to COVID kids who (were probably on SM before they were technically allowed) but used it to build a community around themselves and now that's being taken away.
Also... the whole thing was ginned up by Newscorp...

No kids here, so no skin in the game... but while the legislation was hurried and there are a bunch of questions about how it will work, I can see the benefit.
Social media is useful for some, but I think keeping forming minds off it probably helps in a broad sense.

I don't think adding more justices to SCOTUS helps in the long run. Better to add term limits and take the politics out of the selection process.
Citizens United and political control over district boundaries are significant catalysts for the US's current decline though.

It was obviously wishful thinking... but I just hoped that they'd put an end to some of the bullshit that both sides are always sniping at each other over - especially considering the weight of their majority.
