Unfortunately, I can’t even say that I’m surprised by something like this anymore. At Budapest’s Shoes on the Danube Promenade Holocaust Memorial, we see dozens of Instagram/influencer tourists taking 🫶 selfies with the memorial every time we pass by.

Well, I thought the biggest difference of my concoction was that it was actually mostly pumpkin! 😄
My accidental invention certainly did not taste of “pumpkin spice”, which I abhor.

My kids helped make all the fixings (incl. casserole-baked stuffing), to which we added three (very) different kinds of gourmet turkey deli meat. I can’t make it any better, so why should I try?
