I was bouncing around and playing games with folks and doing the challenges. People were laughing and seemed to have a really good time with it. I know a lot of folks still played the challenges but never put their scores down.

So last night I had a gathering of both pinball and non pinball friends. I wanted to put folks on an even playing field so I made sicko goals for different games to give people Challenges on how to play the game in different ways. I think it was a huge success!!

4. Pharaoh - 81 - I think the upper playfield on Pharaoh is a blast and a half. I could chill out there all day if it lets me. I prefer this upper playfield to black knight and wish there were pharoah sequels instead :3

3. Hotdoggin’ 1980 - I have only ever experienced this game in tournament settings when it is so so mean. But y’know. It has a cheesy exuberance that I think is genuinely kinda endearing.

2. Stargate - 1995 - this game is all multiballs. All of em. So many. There’s something about quartz trading? You’re supposed to save it. I don’t know. A lot of people give later day Gottleib games guff, but Stargate is a Good One

Frontier 1980 - the loudest quiet game around. It has the noise of crickets on in the background and god you can hear them anywhere in the arcade. Absolutely brutal playfield that punishes whiffs.
