I would watch #VIP every night trying to figure out its unusual tone, until finally I realized that the series was created by the same person who pseudonymously wrote CANNIBAL WOMEN IN THE AVOCADO JUNGLE OF DEATH.

Without irony or apology, I loved #VIP, which was far more peculiar than you'd expect. Pam was adorable. It used to re-run at two in the morning, right after I moved to Chicago.

Okay, so I love Pam anyway and I always root for her. And yeah, The Last Showgirl is totally predictable and takes no story risks. But I really enjoyed that story, and I adored #PamelaAnderson in it. She's humble, truthful, and talented.

In 2022, I was working on a painting of those pink circus-animal cookies at the same time the new #Hellraiser movie came out. This deliciously terrifying mask is the obvious love child of coincidence, and our new Hellraiser episode is my excuse to share it.
